Not lie to customers be transparent not charge customers for their mistakes don't change the color of the cabinets that the customer wants to a color they don't want and try and charge them for wrong color when you don't ask for it
These is a con business that works with their subcontractor to scam customers out of more money after setting everything up. They are used to lying directly to customers and have no business morals or ethics.
I would never recommend this place. Terrible customer service and way over priced. Find somewhere else! They will tell you what you want to hear and in the end you'll end up losing. I sent a family member to try and get our issue resolved and they ended up recommending other places instead of helping and basically kicking us out.
