They lost my dress and refuse to compensate me for it. He called me liar and threatened to sue me. How ludicrous is this. He is nasty and extremely disrespectful. I am still in shock over the treatment I received and they are ones who lost my item; unbelievable. Do not waste your time money at this dry cleaner.

I should have known when I dropped of my jackets to be dry cleaned, and asked the owner how much it would cost but was not given an exact amount. The owner told me that a separate company who does the dry cleaning will price it and I will know when I pick up the jackets. When I picked up the jackets, the costs were absurd and ridiculously high! I must well buy new jackets with the cost instead of dry cleaning! The receipt did not have the right descriptions for the jackets. When I asked the owner, he justified that the cost is the same even though the descriptions did not match the jackets.
