Idk what a good frame of reference for pricing is in Charlotte. I know what I've spent in North Jersey and in Denver, so with that info I can say that Sunny's is middle of the road. $3 for starched dress shirts seems fair. Cleaning is done offsite so emergencies will be expensive if at all possible. But where it gets really expensive is bigger items and specialty items. Sweaters are $7.50. Comforters are around $50. Plenty of parking and usually there's no wait. Fairly good hours but closed on Sundays. It's good... read full review
First time going to Sunny’s! Such a pleasant experience from start to finish. Cleaned my wedding dress in a timely manner with such a short turn around time (less than two weeks). Received my dress back earlier than expected. The dress was absolutely beautiful and rid of all stains from my mom’s wedding. They even helped me by taking the extra step to receive my dress from the Neville’s Alterations next door (prior arrangements had been made) so I wouldn’t have to. Thank you so much for everything! I am forever grateful!
