    Amazing staff! They take time to explain everything to you and are very welcoming and responsive. Will literally give you their sneakers if you forget them like me 😅 The class is a great challenge! You sweat, pick things up and then you do a little yoga.

    Christian was awesome! This was my first experience with a spin class, and first overall SPENGA experience, and both him and Ansleigh were both very welcoming. I arrived 15 minutes before the beginning of my class and received a tour of the space. Super clean and neat all around. The class itself was engaging and I appreciated the element of personal challenge rather than an environment or peer-to-peer competition. Starting with spin, transitioning to strength and finishing with yoga is an excellent practice. I'd highly recommend this exercise activity!!

    20 mins on the bike, strength training & yoga each was absolutely amazing. I really enjoyed the workout. Now I am not good with names I think Miriah or Jenna not sure but she was absolutely perfect and a trainer. She was very kind and was available for me to speak to when needed. I tend to get lost a little but she redirected me. I appreciate being in the beginners session because that bike was a bit challenging for me but because of my experience I will definitely be coming back. Thank you Spenga Crew!!
