Spectrum nails is my favorite I've been coming here for years. Customer service is always . The owners/managers are the best. Every time I'm in there, you can hear other clients complimenting the establishment. The inside of the building is clean and has a relaxing atmosphere. Don't second guess yourself if you're thinking of coming here.

Manicure was very basic. They would not buff nails at all. Basically just cut and trimmed cuticle. Charged $30 for manicure. The guy at the front desk was talking on his phone and I couldn't understand if he was talking to me or his friend on the phone. Not friendly.

First time and last!! My mother-in-law and I went here the other day. Customer service was horrible, nobody didn't greet us coming in. Several people came in minutes after us no appointment and got served right away, they totally ignored us until I stood up and stared asking questions. I got an acrylic fill in, with French, two repaired nails Polish change on toes and eyebrows waxed Fast forward to checkout, 138.00 They charged for every little thing, I'm surprised I didn't get charged to use the bathroom! I got charged extra cause my nails are supposedly long I got charged 15 for French tip I got charged 10 dollars a piece for repaired nails I got charged 10 for two nail designed I got charged 30 for gel polish change on toes I'm not cheap and but I have never been charged like this! Also I got charged 3% for using my damn card!! WHERE ARE THE DAMN SIGNS (behind the damn counter where it's not visible) Correct me if I'm wrong but they should have prices posted or the tech should kindly mention it I gave them 2 stars cause Nini was very polite to my mother and I And I do like my nails but the vibe and customer service is horrible But this place overall is overrated overpriced and we didn't even get offered a bottle of water!
