I recently took a dress in to be dry cleaned and unfortunately was contacted that the dress was damaged. They stated they would reimburse me for the dress but when I went to pick up the funds for my damaged dress I was told to not come back. They treated me as though I had did something wrong and damaged my dress when in fact they did.Their customer service and professionalism is very poor as soon as they make a mistake they treat you very rudely.I understand mistakes happen at times but due to the error being their fault treating me rudely is not okay. Will not be returning!Service: Dry cleaning

This is the only place I will go and Charlotte for tailoring. In fact I live out of state part of the year and save my tailoring to be done here. I have had quite a few items ruined at other tailors where after taking them in or taking them up they did not fall right or fit right. Everything I have ever had tailored here fits perfectly.Service: Pants alterations

Unfortunately writing my first bad review - I took a bridesmaids dress to get altered and when I returned a week later they claimed I never came in for alterations. Therefore I had to buy a new dress last minute, it was a disaster. We have moved to a dry cleaner down the road and they are wonderful.Service: Alterations
