Gerald is an amazing realtor to work with, very responsive and will not steer you in the wrong direction. He knew exactly what to do to get the best price on the property I was selling and knew exactly what to look for in a property to buy. He got me into an amazing home and would recommend him to anyone looking for a knowledgeable realtor!

Gerald was great to work with as we negotiated moving to North Carolina from Texas. He was adaptable to our tight schedule, he listened well and had great insights about the quality of the homes we viewed. His experience as a builder was priceless.
