Evan was prompt. He identified himself at the door, shook my hand, and came in to look at the areas to be cleaned. He gave me 3 cleaning options and price for each. Evan is so personable, and enthusiastic in his work. Before leaving, he made sure I was completely satisfied with the cleaning. He did a great job.
Evan has a great attitude and made quick work of this rug, cheerfully taking it outside to clean. Price structure and options well explained. Overall, a very positive experience—rug looks great!
