I had a facial done by Gabby. She did a great job and it was very relaxing. I also spent time in the Sauna. I’ll definitely be back!

Wonderful place! The cleanliness and customer service is amazing but I’m sad that less than a week later my nails have chipped. Can someone fix them for free? My boyfriend and I went together and got in free with promo last week and I’ve been so careful with my nails. Normally I can go two weeks without chipping like this happening.
Reply to owner: I can’t make it today and sadly my new job starts at 3:00, but thank you for your kindness. Any other options so I can enjoy the manicure longer? Unfortunately I have to remove the polish before the orientation.

These ladies were very fun and kind. Three of us "bros" came to get pedicures for Pride and had a great time. The space was clean and polished, the chairs massaged and were super comfy and luxurious. All in all a great place that I'll be returning to next time I'm in Charlotte!
