Me and my wife had purchased a new home for ourselves in Mint Hill last year with the expectation that we would need to replace the original roof at some point. This review is for a roof replacement from nearly 2 years ago! Been wanting to leave a review but never got around to it. Roof Medic exceeded my expectations in replacing my roof and installing new gutters. We were having solar panels installed but the roof was > 10 years old and solar company wouldn't install over an old roof. Pat Marks came out and inspected the roof and found multiple areas damaged by hail. He documented everything with detailed photos of the damage and sent them to my insurance company. We had our roof repaired and are very satisfied with the work. The job was completed quickly, and the roof looks great.
There was some initial communication trouble due to a phone number mix-up, but once that was resolved, everything went smoothly. We were also told a $100 deposit was required, but later informed it would be half the total cost upfront, which caused some confusion.
Special thanks to Karston, who handled the inspection and quote. He gave great advice, helping us fix the issue without needing a full roof replacement, which saved us money.
