You have to schedule w/Chris Ritter for personal training. In 7 months: Total Cholesterol down 23 points & my physician was pleased for me! My goals: healthy, continue playing women's bball, softball, hiking and overall enjoy sports, activities "for life!" Chris is the expert at motivation & encouragement - and his "what to add to eating habits" works. If you add what he suggests - you do not have to think about giving up something - you won't need it! Working with Chris has been super wonderful! My over all strength and performance as a runner and a triathlete has improved so much since working with him. I see muscles that I have never seen in my body and I have not had one injury all season. thanks so much Chris!
