Y’all are great and I can attest to everything said here. I met Rick when I was employed at Volkswagen and he was my customer and I turned into his client . I saw he had real estate yard signs in his trunk. I asked him a few questions and found out he was from south Florida just like I was (let’s go Phins! ) and I knew I found the person I wanted in my corner when purchasing this house.
