This is our 3rd separate appliance (Frig/Oven/Dishwasher) that we have called on Quick Quality Fix to repair. They provide excellent service in arriving on time, diagnosing the issue, discuss our options and most cost effective way to resolve. Alex is very professional, technically knowledgeable and completes the job as discussed. He will continue to get my appliance repair business in the future.

I will start by saying, moving forward for ANY appliance we need completed in our house, Alex will be the one we call. From the moment I spoke to him via text through the time he walked out our door, he was very professional, knowledgeable, and HONEST!! That is one thing in that line of work you can not say very often. He did not push any unneeded repairs on or, nor did he try and inflate the issue. Our price and diagnosis came out on the lower end of what he quoted and he showed me how to prevent the issue from happening again (Who does that these days?) Thank you Alex!!
