I came in first thing on a Monday morning after a strange noise on the weekend. I am not local, so I had to get it fixed soon. Gino's was booked but they were able to squeeze me in and help me to figure out the problem & get it fixed in a half day! They were so kind & very reasonable in pricing. I would definitely go back to them again!

We were on vacation and our car's check engine light started flashing on a Sunday. Gino was able to squeeze us in on Monday and the car was finished the same day by 3:30 and at a fair price (no price gouging). Gino and Tony are awesome and really saved our vacation! Thanks!!

I completely forget to check in and take pictures of Gino's. However, with any visuals I will say this! I've been getting my oil changes at Valvoline since I've been in Charlotte. Last week I went to Valvoline to get my oil change and tried to get my fuel injectors serviced. Long story short being that I have a hybrid which means my engine shuts off while it is idle. Therefore the guy at Valvoline couldn't do it, and referred me to Gino's. I called Gino's and made an appointment for Monday which was today at 9am. The car was roughly finished at 10:15am.Now for the meat of the review, the only is personable gregarious and joy to talk to. Very thorough and straight to the point with extensive knowledge. I left the car and walk to a coffee shop a few blocks down. When the car was ready I received a call, which he said he would do once the service was completed. I hiiiiiiighly recommend Gino's for car services. They are very reliably and worth the trust.Thanks Gino's
