Update - it appears that the primary cause of the last few break downs was a bad coolant pump. They replaced that part as well as the starter which they said was burned out when I tried to restart the engine multiple times over a short time. Fingers crossed that I now have a reliable vehicle.
Nice enough guys but I’ve had a painful experience with a Hemi conversion. I’m broke down stuck and waiting on AAA (45 mins and still no eta) for the 3rd time since they put it in. I’ve taken it back to them 4 or 5 times and a few months later it breaks down again. I assumed I’d have a reliable vehicle given it got a new engine and a nearly new transmission.... read full review

The team at Primal 4x4 absolutely impressed me! I brought in my 2012 Jeep Liberty with some suspension problems caused by previous modifications and had a bracket completely broken away from the rack. Another shop turned me away because the fix would involve remove a skid plate but Primal 4x4 tackled the challenge. They replaced my entire power steering rack for a fantastic price, and I had my Jeep back in just a day! Everyone is so hospitable as well; I could talk to these guys all day if they let me! Just like Hunter in the previous review, I can confidently say Primal 4x4 will be my go-to shop for all my Jeep's future repairs.
