This was my Jeep JK's second majory surgery, and there's no one other than Primal 4x4 to do handle this correctly. From start to finish, they fully evaluate your vehicle from end to end and diagnose exactly what needs repair or replacement. Further, they take photos of their findings to evince and corroborate what work needs to be done. Jim and has team kept in constant communication by phone calls, emails and texts along the way with the progress. Once again, Jim and the guys treated me great. I had a wheeling/camping trip last weekend and of course the jeep threw a code on Wednesday morning. Had it towed to the shop and knowing how important that trip was to me, the guys got it fixed and back in my driveway the same evening! The camping trip was a great success.
