Price Brother’s Plumbing gave great customer service and helped with a warranty issue. Todd, the first plumber, used several pieces of equipment, including a camera to help diagnose the issue. I felt he went above and beyond in his efforts. Sarah shared all of the information and pictures with the tub company and kept me up-to-date on the progress until an appointment with the tub rep was set. Darius, the second plumber helped assist during the tub company visit. He was early, efficient, and cleaned up before leaving. I felt he and the tub reps worked well together and found and repaired the issue.

I found an issue with my cleanout valves for my tankless water heater bring too close to open and service. This was 2.5 years after the unit was installed. I emailed them, and they promptly called me and sent out a tech to fix the issue for free. The tech was professional, wore a mask, took his shoes off when he came into my house and explained the issue to me.
