Took my daughter today to get her first haircut and they made the experience room welcoming. They made her feel very comfortable and appreciate the details brought to my attention. They asked me if I wanted to keep her first piece of hair and bagged it for me. I love that even after her haircut she was able to choose a small gift. We came home and she told me she really enjoyed it and loved her haircut.

They were amazing with our son’s first haircut! We even got a card with a piece of his hair and a picture! They also were very flexible when we needed to reschedule which is helpful with a baby
