From the start, my first visit was note worthy. Everyone at the front desk was friendly and eager to help. Gina was so sweet and answered all my questions without hesitation. Dr. Barrows has to be one of the most polite and gentle natured providers I’ve ever dealt with. He definitely found his calling. And Jennifer became my best friend within seconds of meeting her. Such a lovely person with a perfect balance of professionalism and candor. I mention them by name because they deserve individual recognition. Detailed optical check, knowledgeable personnel. Julian in the optical shop, very kindly helped in replacing a nose pad in my current glasses, while I assess my new frame. Unfortunately, nose pad and pad arm fell apart from the frame next day. Thanks anyways!

I had an appointment today. Customer service remains outstanding along with doctors care. Staff is friendly and very willing to help. Again, Kris helped me choose two outstanding frames I’m sure I’ll enjoy wearing.Always a good experience. All tests are well explained and my concerns are addressed. Dr Major is wonderful! Kris is very good finding just the right frames for me and making sure they fit comfortably.
