I have been a client of Phenom Trainers for 1 1/2 years and I love this group! Workouts are extremely challenging and progressive. I travel for work and they've been very accommodating to my schedule and changes to it. Cullen is very skilled and knowledgeable, and makes each grueling hour as fun and tolerable as possible. I joke with him that I hope he never fires me- I'll plan to work with them indefinitely. Highly recommend!!

Phenom Trainers has actually been a life changer. Particularly as you get older and lose a lot of of your strength everything gets harder and you’re more prone to have an accident or a fall. With Phenom Trainers I have regained a lot of my strength. Feel better, sleep better. It’s all good. And my particular trainer in my view is exceptional, always on time always enthusiastic and just a pleasure to work with.

Our experience with Phenom Trainers/Cassidy, as a mobile personal trainer has been amazing. As a ‘mature person’, getting back into the fitness arena it had been a daunting and injury prone experience. Until I started working with Phenom and Cassidy out of my home all that has changed.
