I am so frustrated and upset. We have used PGA for the second year now, and I cannot tell you how many times they have left our gate open after cutting grass. They do not tell us ahead of time when they’re going to cut grass so we don’t know when to be on the lookout for them, because they leave our gate open. This creates a very dangerous and heartbreaking situation of our Mini-Goldendoodle dog to get out, as well as the opportunity for a child to come into our backyard with an inground swimming pool. This would have easily happened if we had not checked our gate each one of these times. Sometimes we are not home (at work, etc) so we cannot control who would come in the open gate. We have discussed this situation with Darin numerous times and have a sign on the gate. So many times. We have been promised over and over that it will never happen again. Then it does.
