I’ve had mainly positive experiences, but they are on the pricey side. The issue that made me switch was realizing that even if we don’t need an actual Dr visit ($99), they will charge you a nurse visit ($50). I’ve never heard of vets doing this. It was going to cost over $100 to simply have my dog’s glands expressed. I switched to a different vet and the cost was $40.
Our first time at Petfolk and they were exceptional! Did not rush us out, and were very helpful with all my questions that came with being a new cat mom. They took very good care of my fur baby and did not try to sell us things we did not need.
This place helped with my cat when he had a medical emergency. I couldn’t afford any of his bills but they accepted several different forms of payment. I’m a forever patient now.
