5 STARS! We cannot recommend enough! Our old boy has visited several times over the past 3 years, always coming home looking beautiful. Yesterday, he had a medical emergency while at the salon. Staff immediately called us and dealt with the situation with empathy and love throughout. Upon returning to thank staff and let Sabrina see that our boy was doing ok, the caring approach continued. Wonderful staff and fantastic services. Highly recommend as a local, caring s-paw for your fur babies.
I took my dogs to Pet Pause for the first time yesterday. Inspite of a scheduling mishap, Anna made sure both of my dogs were taken great care of! Their haircuts were spot on and their turnaround time was quick! So quick, I was afraid of what they would look like when I picked them up. They both looked fabulous! I'm new to the area and will be back for sure. Thanks for taking such good care of us...Bella & Treasure!
