Chris is the professional you want when you have an unidentified critter, invading your attic, and keeping you awake at all hours of the night. He is the consummate, professional, has many years of experience and did not rush. He explained, educated and continued to address the problem until it was handled. He was patient and answered all my questions. There isn't anyone better!

Hi neighbors. Not sure if most of you recall my post a few weeks ago regarding my raccoon issue and PCA remediating. So after receiving a call from the company on the final day of contract informing me the issue was much worse than the original inspection stated and it would cost me near another $4,000 to complete, I wrote a letter to the company. I have to say I was impressed that the owner, Rick called me and texted. When he did not hear back from me, he wrote me a letter expressing his disappointment in how everything was handled by his team and offered to complete the contract and the added work at no extra cost to me. It would all be completed for the original contract price. He was also there to supervise the entire project. Here is where he really impressed me. Before leaving we chatted a bit. We got on the subject of other house projects and I mentioned I was looking for a plumber and told him my issue. He asked to look at it and in 5-mins had resolved that issue and probably saved me several hundreds of dollars. Charlotte, if you ever have any problems with pests around your home you should consider the Pest Control Authority. Tell them they were highly recommended by me! 704-377-2844

Very happy with the ongoing service. I'm having a run of bad luck with pests lately, and Chris and the other technician have been friendly and highly informative. They have continued to come out and I will keep using them until this situation is cleared up and if I ever need service in the future.
