Jamie was lovely and thorough. Anna, her teacher, brought true spunky energy with effective feedback. Going to Paul Mitchell is so fun and I always love my hair! Bonus is getting to help future stylists learn their craft. Highly recommend.
Last week, I posted my first negative review experience with Paul Mitchell The School Charlotte. The next day I called and scheduled a re-do appointment to provide the opportunity to correct the missteps made by last week's floor supervisor, not the stylist. Paul Mitchell is committed to providing quality hair care services and takes seriously customer satisfaction. Yesterday's re-do was a successful experience. My stylist, Max, was permitted to use his judgment and skills. He consulted with floor supervisor, Lesli, who treated Max like a professional colleague. This hair cutting school, is one of the best places to get your haircut. GO TO HANNAH she’s in phase 2 and is outstanding. Lesli and the whole team is wonderful definitely would recommend coming here.
