Olivia is amazing. I had an issue and she went above and beyond to make sure it was looked into. I also observed her interactions with other customers and she’s very personable and goes above and beyond.

Shout out to Tori for changing the entire vibes inside this location. I used to dread coming in, but now I know no matter who’s working that day they’ll be warm and welcoming.
Still not a fan of PBT. Hard to get a tan-a lot of time because bulbs are not replaced often enough. Still miss my South Beach in Stonecrest that PBT bought :(. But I’m thrilled for the new customer service at this location!! Give these girls a raise! They definitely earned one🙌🔥

I had such a great experience at Palm Beach Tan Ballantyne! The location is always clean, welcoming, and well-kept, but what really sets it apart is the staff..especially Tory. She goes above and beyond every time I visit. She is so knowledgeable about the different tanning options and skincare products, and she always takes the time to answer questions and make personalized recommendations.
