I was recently in need of a garage door repair. Our old metal frame and wire had broke. I called several different companies trying to get someone to come look at the issues. One call to Overhead Door and we got our garage door fixed. Better than before as the set up was the old fashion double sided spring that was quite old and dangerous. Now we have a much safer sleeker setup and couldn't be happier. Excellent work and great customer service . Affordable and reliable! Those are the best ways to describe our experience! Two thumbs way up!

We've had an Overhead Doors garage door for over 20 years and yesterday it wouldn't open. Unfortunately my wife's car was inside. The garage is detached from our house and the only access other than the garage door are 2 windows that were stuck shut. Harold from Overhead Doors to the rescue! He showed up as promised at 8 am this morning and with some effort was able to open the door manually. He diagnosed the problem as worn out springs and within an hour had installed the necessary parts and had the door working good as new. I was happy but my wife was really happy because she now has her car back. Thank you Harold and thank you Overhead Doors of Charlotte!
