Timothy Heffner has done my routine service twice now and has been extremely professional and pleasant to work with. He provided advice to ensure I was only paying for what I needed and gave me all the information I needed. I have noticed the spray starting to work and am happy with the service. Had a wonderful experience with Michael, Kyle, and all other technicians we've had in our home and have nothing but good things to say about the services themselves. The call center continues to provide inaccurate information leading to a lot of miscommunication and confusion as to what to expect which has definitely been frustrating.

It was a pleasure talking to Chris the mngr to listen to the client and accommodate me. Trisha the Orkin worker came out and explained the process on exterior and exterior of home. She was most knowledgeable. I can’t wait for the process to take place and see if the ants dissipate.
