Excellent Service! I had a wasp nest issue that no other pest control company could help with. I was at my wits end. One Way was referred to me by a friend. They came in a timely manner, and resolved the issue in under 30 minutes.
From the first contact to weeks of working with Andy (bat removal), he was professional, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to work with. Andy identified our issue after a different company failed to correctly assess the situation. Andy was thorough in every aspect of his work. He worked for hours on our roof on different occasions in 95+ degree temperatures to seal and eradicate. Andy is an incredibly hardworking, honest, and responsible person and we highly recommend him!!

Squirrels got in through sagging 'soffits' above my 2nd floor windows.
Instead of simply putting a bandaid on, he explained what needed to be done before he could do the work. Knowing that this could be a risk to him losing my business as fixing the soffits could have led to the squirrels leaving during that project.
He later came back out to clear the remaining babies (humanely) with the one-way exit and explained everything. I now knew how they got to my roof, how they got in, and how to prevent this in the future.
