Derek the tech was great.
Customer service was awful. Was told tech be on site within20-30min and was 1hrs late. When called to get eta Dani answered and said he’s in traffic but can’t give me an eta. She said the window is 8-12pm and he’d be there before.
Derek arrived 1 minute after call so, Dani was in fact not checking in with Derek.
This is the second time I have used this companies services, but the first time with this technician. The quality was the same as the first. Very punctual, and courteous. Profesional and efficient. The services were quick but did not sacrifice quality. Would highly recommend to anyone in need of hvac services and I look forward to future interactions as this WILL be who I look for for all my hvac needs.
Chris over yo look at a unit with leak and one unit within complete replacement.
He was professional, honest and caring. I will definitely have the One HVAC to do both jobs because of Chris.
