“Hi There, We have been loyal customers since 2018 through Aug 2022 and have been prompt in our payments. We have not had a good experience, more recently, with Lessons Delivered. In Aug 2022 we chose to discontinue lessons for our son. We gave them a month’s notice as they requested. Jessica Romero even confirmed she would process one last payment and took our credit card details and then stop. This was back in Aug 2022. A year later, they continue charging us. We have written several emails, chats, and phone calls to no avail. They owe us over $1,500 now.The instructors are great and we really liked them. But the integrity of this firm comes into question when they won’t respond to queries regarding incorrect payments.Please reconsider giving them any credit card details because they have continuously charged our card each month without providing any services. I am posting this feedback to see if others have had similar issues and experiences with this company, which is no longer based in Charlotte other than having a mailing address (a PO Box at a UPS store).UPDATE: The team has since provided a refund and apologized profusely for for what was an honest administrative error. Thanks to Paul and the team for continuing to make our experience with this company enjoyable.“

“We've been coming here for about 2 years now. We moved from out of state and we're grateful to have found a place where my daughter could pick up where she left off. Her teacher, Miss Molly, has an awesome energy and under her guidance my daughter is really growing in her 5th year playing. Pre-pandemic we participated in the recital and the Federation. During the pandemic we've skipped entering the Federation event, but we're glad to participate in the video recital and ecstatic that we were able to do virtual lessons before we were vaccinated. Didn't skip a beat!“
