If I could leave a ZERO star review I would!! I paid 250 for a terrible cleaning. My house is still not clean after almost 7 hours of a " Deep Clean". The carpet shampoo was set for 11am the next day (today) and it is now 1:40pm. I have talked to the owner and they said the workers were on their way.....still haven't shown up. Today is my moving day and this company has set me back in more ways than one. I am late leaving my rental property, late with the Uhaul return and late getting to my new home. DO NOT use this company, pay a little extra and get people who actually know how to clean, HOW TO schedule work properly, how to communicate with clients and how to HOLD TO THEIR WORD!! ******Updating this because of the owners garbage response with proof I sent videos, messaged at the time of SCHEDULED WORK! I had no response and have been left with no response as to why the company didn't come UNTIL THIS RESPONSE to my review. owner was notified I was in the middle of the move and was first contacted via Yelp a week prior to needing this cleaning. I got a contact back the day before I needed cleaning. To add to this. The owner showed up and was talking negative about the state of my house in Spanish (I'm fluent in Spanish, but I'm a white male. Jokes on you buddy) DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND HIRE A BETTER CLEANING SERVICE! *****additional edit!! Owner is willing to share pictures of my personal belongings and is willing to breach the privacy of past clients. This business keeps on showing that they are unprofessional, and an overall terrible "business" I will be contacting legal help due to this. JOSE DOES NOT HAVE PERMISSION TO SEND PICTURES OF MY PRIVATE BELONGINGS TO ANYONE. If pictures are sent to you please reach out to me. This is against the law.

I have been using this company for a number of years, I have to give them 5 stars (new to Yelp). Always on time and the owner is a pleasure to work with. Always consistent with their service, my house is spotless every time, highly recommend.

I hired them to clean my new home before we moved in. They were super quick to respond and gave me a great quote! I was looking for cleaners very last minute and they were able to fit me in for the next day. On the day of cleaning, my painters had to change their time and multi clean services was amazing and came later in the day and were so accommodating. The house looks amazing and we are so glad we hired them! Definitely recommend! Amazing detailed cleaning at a great price!
