I just called to make an appointment. The women I spoke with (not sure if she was the receptionist or not) not only wasn't friendly but she also confused me. She asked me what I needed to be seen for. I told her dark patches on my chin and chest. She then asked what type of insurance I had. I told her Blue Cross Blue Shield. Shen then proceeds to tell me that Dr. Edwards isn't seeing new patients at this time and that I can call back to check at a later date. Why ask me questions then tell me the Dr isn't seeing new patients. I found that odd and wondered if I answered differently would I have gotten an appointment.

Today was my 1st visit even though I had to wait awhile I must say it was worth the wait. Dr Edwards is truly s gift very caring and knowledgeable. Explain everything she ad doing in detail . Biopsy was taken will get my results in a week. Will write another review at that time very satisfied patient.

Dr. Edwards has helped me a lot and shehas been there for me thru the years. I havelitchen and mine didn’t just go away. She is the only Dr. that seem to know and understand my case. I’m moving and doing things that I enjoy because of her care. I thank God everyday for her.
