I had a leak in my hot water heater and Michael and sons was close to where I live at so I called them they sent Joseph out and he did very good job he did run into some problems but had no problem tackling them it just took a little bit of time everything working very well
From the initial call to the finished product and especially Nathan, the experience was “Perfect”. Extremely communicative company. They answer the telephone with a live person, they are quick with quotes and scheduling. It was just probably one of the better experiences I’ve ever encountered with a home improvement type company highly recommend.
This is my first time using Michael and Son Services. I used their website to request services. Katrina called me back to schedule an appointment. She was absolutely wonderful in terms of being very calming and patient while answering my questions, reviewing basic service charges and options of services provide by Michael & Son Service. The company had availability to see me quickly for two separate appointments. I was given a very reasonable window time of when the technicians would arrive and sent a text and phone call when the technicians were about to arrive.
