The nurse who prepped me for the doctor at times spoke so low I was constantly saying excuse me what did you say… but she kindly repeated herself n all were very knowledgeable n professional
Only downside. Check in process is fully self serve automated. Are we serious? Get some nice people to check patients in, to make it appear that the patient is cared for from the start. If the doctor and staff weren't so awesome, I doubt that I would return.
I was treated with respect and swiftly taken to my appointment. Kate Leone was professional and very in tune with my needs. I would continue in this location because of its overall service but I live in Monroe. I hope I will receive the same quality in the Matthews office in June.
