I am a current customer. Terrible. Poor communication, inconsistant, conflicting information between calling them and the emails they wrote to me. Then they ghosted me and withdrew $300+ from my account with no notice. If I wasn't already 4yrs paid into this life insurance, I would cancel it all. ?They responded 5 days ago. No one has called me. Liars!
