Wow, just Wow! I am pretty hard to impress. Having done a lot of the work myself. Now, my wife and I are too busy. So we started looking for reputable companies. Let’s start with Marc, honest and showing up to estimate appointments on time. If you are looking for a discount tree service, keep looking. You get what you pay for. Appointment for services set up in November. Received a call day before to confirm we were still on for December 7. Victor is the lead man. The crew texted us the night before to let us know they would be on site between 7:30a and 7:45a. Guess what? They were here at 7:43a. So far so good. It had just rained the night before and the yard was still wet. We were concerned about equipment on the lawn. My wife met them at the door and went over her vision for the pruning. We had 8 trees pruned and trimmed. Two big Maple trees, oak, flowering crab, and five crepe myrtle trees. Some had not been touched in 25 years. Victor and crew got in a huddle, then broke after about 10 minutes. They set on our trees like surgeons. One bucket truck in the 70 foot oak tree, men on the ground, men in trees( no spikes!) clean up with rakes and blowers. They left the yard cleaner than when they arrived and I had swept the lawn for leaves the day before. Marc has people on his crew that have been working with him for ten years. Everyone should know, good experienced help is hard to find, and you won’t keep them if you don’t pay them well. These guys work! No standing, everyone is moving and has a role. Marc carries all appropriate licenses and insurances. They really are a joy to work with. You don’t pay until you accept the work. Five stars easy.
