My keyboard was in-op and needed to be diagnosed to repair. I was treated great and was consulted before any additional repairs were authorized. There was even a part that was ordered and that did not fix it that they returned without issue. I would recommend Vellve for repairs and would use them again. A++

Outstanding and informative service! I recently had a probable virus attack on my business computer and the owner and staff went above and beyond to not only understand and diagnose the issue, but fix the underlying problem. Alex and his team are not only a repair shop but a one-stop shop for IT issues! After diagnosing what my frustrations were with my current business set-up they were able to install a complete local server, upgrade all of my computers, and provide secure remote access to my accountant and work from home employees. Took in my laptop found out it was my hard drive gave a great price an he also offered to put my information from the old drive back on the laptop with a new hard drive for a low price . Had my laptop back the next day. Great customer service an glad I did not have to buy a new laptop. If you need a laptop or desktop repair take it to them you won't be sorry .
