After being completely ripped off by one of those come to your house Lawnmower repair guys I found Mallard Creek Mower Sales and Service. They were totally professional and trustworthy. They new everything about my power tools and finished them in one day. I will never go anywhere else. Ty
My backpack blower stop performing. I asked a lawn person who they use for quick turnaround. I came in paid the deposit. Was called very quickly for pickup. When picking up I observed the lady at the desk speaking Spanish with a bilingual customer what a benefit to the business. The tec showed me what was done and tested the blower and I was off.
Excellent customer service, professional, friendly and SUPER FAST!!! I stopped by expecting to leave my blower and weed whacker for service. The shop was full of customers and once it was my turn at the counter, I explained all the issues I was experiencing with my equipment. Laz came out, grabbed my blower and weed whacker and took off!! Next thing I knew, he came back out with my equipment fixed and ready to go!!! My blower just needed an adjustment and my weed whacker needed a new head. I am one happy customer and will definitely be back. Highly recommend this shop!!! Thank you!!
