Magna is a great, local option for pest control. We switched from a national brand about a year ago, and I could not be happier. Just today, we noticed ants were getting into the house so we had somebody at the door within a few hours. Mary Johnson, our tech, was phenomenal. She took the time to hear my concerns, and not only explain how she was addressing it, but why she was taking the actions she took.
Service is always great. Mary J. came to do my routine spray. She is very knowledgeable and listened to my concerns. She must have read my file/notes and asked if I was having same the issues. She explained what was being done today and even offered tips on what i could do to avoid any future problems. Definitely would want her back. Great customer service from Mary J!
Donald came by my house and listened to the issues I was having and made sure to spray in all possible areas to get rid of these damn spiders that keep showing up. I really appreciated his customer service and professionalism. Will definitely continue to use Magna.
