Sophia is a magician! Five stars doesn’t do justice to Lotus Balance. Past hip issues and recent shoulder surgery have left me tight and lacking full range of motion. After one session, I was able to get my right arm above and behind my back further than before my appointment. Sophia is extremely knowledgeable - the spots that I knew were the tightest, she was able to pinpoint within a second of touching them. She is very kind and welcoming, as is the rest of her staff. Excited to work with Sophia so I can get my body back to full health

i didnt know the actual skill level could be so different from place to place in charlotte untill i starting getting massages as a hobbie 2 - 3 times a week i feel that i am a massage critic. Just like resturants there all exactly the same. Except now! I went into this one this lady had hands or shall i say tools of percission like a surgeon with the strength of Hercules!
