0 stars. Extremely disappointed in the customer service. I gave Lauren my extended 2021 tax information in April of 2022. It is January 2023 and I have not received any refunds. Usually this is an IRS problem but my direct deposit information (taken by Lauren over the phone) was not given to the IRS, so checks have been lost in the mail for months. Lauren has no regard for this and has not been responsive throughout the 8 month process. I had to email several times over several weeks to get a response and was told her assistant would be in touch. To this day I’ve never heard from an assistant and my $3000 tax refunds are still unaccounted for, close to one year later.

Lauren has been great to work with and she’s helped me personally and done our business taxes (as well as fiduciary returns for my estates when needed). 5 stars, highly recommend!
