“Had a leak in my irrigation system and after contacting 6 other businesses I saw his ad online-I submitted my request and received a phone call within 5 minutes. My leak required me to cut off the water to the house so I needed someone quick-contact was made after 2pm and I am in Gastonia-Rick recognized the immediacy of my situation and by 5pm Matt had me fixed-was great to take a shower that afternoon without having to go outside and turning the water on and then going back out to cut it off-would highly recommend this company. We struggled with interior flooding during even light rain due to improper waterproofing of our home and improper drainage around it. Corey and team correctly identified and assessed the problem areas and outlined a plan to resolve the issues, even going as far to bring in a structural engineer as the job progressed and the team continued to find surprises. “This company did a beautiful job of putting the travertine around the pool.They also hauled in alot of rock for the maintenance free side . Built a small wall for the offset of slope in my yard. The firepit was also built by R & R as well as irrigation,fence. 4 stars because the guys were no habla ingles but 5 overall.Vivian does an excellent job of getting the problems translated,if any problems arose.
