I won't go into details here. Your best course of action is to go elsewhere. You will over pay here, they will nickel and dime you, you will not be given information that will benefit you for the next year. We hire accountants to give us advice on what to do and how to proceed. You don't really get this here. Don't recommend this company whatsoever. They're not honest or value relationships.

Carol and her expertise saved me over $20,000. The IRS was trying to get money from the previous owner of my house so they locked it on to my home purchase, and the Realestate lawyers were at a loss. As a last stitch effort to not lose everything I turned to Carol who resolved the issue promptly and extremely cost effectively.

Last year we decided to switch CPA’s just to get a different perspective on our business taxes. However we where charged 3 times the amount we paid with our previous CPA got less of a return and to top it all off a few months later received a bill for an additional $85 over the $700+ that I already paid. I let them know I already paid to have my taxes done yet they sent me a collection letter every month for a private. Consultation! Which isn’t that what the $700+ was for?!? Now to top it all off they have sent my $85 to a collections company! Never go here! There are WAY better CPA’s for less that also won’t try to nickel and dime you.
