We called Kirkland to repair and subsequently replace the furnace in our new house because they did such a great job installing a new heat pump in our condo several years ago. We needed new AC units (inside and out) as the system Kirkland installed 23 years ago, finally died. Caleb, Lance and Matt worked long hours for 2 days to get the new system up and running, despite the unexpected need to bring an electrician in (props to Scott Ewing at Ewing Electric for his almost immediate availability).
