This is my second time using Jim Dickerson! Jason B fixed my toilet and sink leaks in a timely and courteous fashion. Very friendly and took time to explain the issues with the leaks and what needed to be done to fix them. The repair price was very affordable.

Jason visited my home, inspected my Townhome plumbing. Suggested changing kitchen faucet and shower head for better flow. Estimate very reasonable. I will be calling him again after I get the material. Very professional and thorough.

We through there was some water leakage from the attic, with damage to our ceiling going up the stairwell n bedroom. Chris was very informative in explaining the problem which could be from the AC, or condensation from the roof, also showing me photo's of our water heater with no water leakage or damage. Very satisfied with Chris overall explanation performance.
