I have used their services for both of my parents. They have been great both times! During my most recent experience i was having to take care of all the arrangements alone, for my family is very small. Their entire staff are very compassionate & personable. The director Mr. Tallent & his sister couldn't have been anymore helpful! They are genuine, respectful, caring people. They made me feel at ease & as comfortable as possible. They never made me feel pressured or rushed. They were always available for anything & everything i needed. The director, Mr. Tallent even called me back after hours on his personal phone. They also have preachers that are available to do your service if needed & Mrs. Patty is the best! When submitting the obituary i made many edits to the original version & they were extremely patient & prompt with me until i was completely satisfied. The same goes for the actual service pamphlet. They said they could make edits the morning of if needed & to not stress over it, that it was an easy thing for them to change. There was one incident that really impressed me. Before the day of the service i thought a family member had downloaded a particular song that i wanted played, but when i arrived the morning of the service i found out she didn't have the song. I was already having an emotional breakdown so that was the last thing i needed to hear. The older gentleman that was in charge of our service led me to a side room where i could sit & gain my composure, never did he make me feel rushed or like a burden. He found out the name of the song i wanted played & was able to dl it & play it at the end of the service. I couldn't have been more impressed & extremely relieved! To me, that song was a make it or break it for the service. A big thanks to them for making it such a beautiful service!
