We have hired Jan-Pro to clean three of our facilities, and we are very satisfied with their services. The facility in Charlotte, in particular, requires extra attention and strong cleaning without harsh scents due to the specific needs of the population we serve. Jan-Pro has consistently met our expectations, and when any issues arise, they are quick to respond and address them. We did have a minor issue with the cleaning technicians not setting the alarm correctly, which led to a few police visits, but this has since been resolved. Overall, I would highly recommend Jan-Pro to anyone who needs a facility cleaned with careful attention to detail.
