I reached out to Paul and I was able to drop it off later that day. He called me the following day after looking at it and provided me with an estimate for the repair and shipping time for the part. He called me a few days later to let me know the shipping time was delayed (seems to be the norm these days) and said he would let me know when he got the part and when I could pick it up.
