I don't like leaving bad reviews but this place is the closest thing to hell. To tell you more, they took me away in an ambulance the last time I had to sit with people. They are insensitive inhumans and don't care about anything or anyone. They treat you like trash and still don't care what's happening to you. The day I was there, the gentleman who served me was very intolerant, he didn't care about the reason why I was attending that place and he caused me a panic attack, an asthma attack and an anxiety attack. The Security!! I give him a 10. Friendly and kind..The call center was also Excellent! I called, and the automated indicated they wilI call me back as they were busy. The consultant called me back. I made my appointment and got an email confirming the same.When you go there. Leave your bad day at home..

When you call, they give you a list of options to choose from, none of which answers my particular question. It is impossible to get someone on the phone to help you determine who you need to speak to to get the information you need. This is totally unacceptable.
