“Our A/C went out on Labor Day.
I called City Air and Rafael came out within 1 hour. Diagnosed the problem. Bad compacitor and had the A/C up and running in 10 minutes
Rafael very personable and reasonable pricing. I highly recommend City Air Experts!

Of note I have been a Priority Advantage customer of Morris Jenkins for over 4 years
And pay a monthly fee. . Since I pay a monthly fee I called them first and they couldn’t get anyone out to my house today. I asked them what is the point of being a Priority Advantage customer??“

“I rarely leave reviews, but need to for Octavian. Put simply, if you need help with heating, cooling, ducts, etc., you gotta call him. He’s honest, hardworking, thorough, thoughtful, does what he says he’ll do, goes above and beyond, and is better in price than the big guys…but even if he were the exact same he’s the guy you need to call. Our heat went out a handful of days ago during the first cold stretch of the year, lows in the 30s at night, and we had just brought our infant daughter home from the hospital. I got Octavian’s number from a buddy who had hired him before and who also strongly recommended him, and Octavian was all over it and somehow exceeded even those expectations…moving stuff around the next day to make sure he could get our house warm. Seriously could not recommend him more.“

(I also appreciate that when the technician is coming into our home he puts on shoe covers, which David did).

Today he came out to take a look at my HVAC unit which was not operating properly. I knew what the problem was as I spoke to an HVAC relative prior to calling Carolina Air Team. I said nothing to Freddy about what I already knew and his assessment was spot on. Freddy did not try to up charge me or sell me anything additional that I didn’t need as other companies have tried to do. He mentioned yearly maintenance every spring and told me to reach out if I needed anything.
